Is Firehouse cookie dough safe to eat raw?
Yes, all of our homemade recipes are made with high quality ingredients and are safe to enjoy raw.

Does Firehouse Cookie Dough contain raw eggs?
No, all of our flavors are completely egg free.

Can Firehouse dough be baked?
All you need is a spoon. Firehouse cookie dough does not require baking. In fact, we make it simply to enjoy by the spoonful. Our batter doesn't contain the ingredients for baking. 

I found small chunks of sugar & butter in my cookie dough?
We make our batter from scratch, occasionally you'll find an extra scrumptious bit of sugar or butter.

How long can I savor my Firehouse Cookie Dough?
If you like your batter warm and gooey, Mad Batter can be un-refrigerated for up to 5 days.  If you prefer a cool refreshing   treat, your batter can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks or frozen up to 3 months.

Do we use name brand candies and chocolate?
Yes, we use real M&M's, Oreos, Kit Kats and chocolate chips and many more.

Firehouse minimum shipping order?
As a batter of fact we do. Just 2 units is all you need.  Trust us your tum tum will thank you!

Where do we ship?
Currently, The Firehouse only ships in the United States.  We are in the process of finding a way to deliver to everyone outside the United States.

Does Firehouse cookie dough contain nuts?
Most of our flavors do not contain nuts. However our batter is prepared on shared equipment that may process peanuts and   other nuts. All of our equipment is thoroughly washed after each flavor. We cannot exclude the possibility of cross   contamination if you have food allergies, please be aware of the risk.

What is your refund policy?
Because Firehouse cookie dough is perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your shipment never arrives or it's the   wrong flavor, please contact us immediately.
