Shipping & Order Processing

-The Firehouse ships throughout the United States using United State Postal Service as our shipper.

 -All orders ship Monday through Thursday. We don't ship Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

 -We only ship to street addresses within the United States.

-USPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.

-Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event that a business is closed, or the customer is not available to accept the package upon delivery.

-Estimated delivery times do not take into effect weather conditions that could affect delivery or delays.

 PACKAGING

​The Firehouse ships all his creations express service in a insulated cooler with ice packs. The ice packs may be thawed upon arrival, but this is ok. The Firehouse is just trying to keep everything cool during shipping. 

 RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

-Firehouse cookie dough is a perishable product and we are unable to accept returns.

-In certain situations, The Firehouse will issue an in-store credit or let you re-order.

-If for some crazy reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us with in 24 hrs. so that we can make every effort   to make you happy with your batter. 

-Orders can be canceled if it is more than 2 days before shipping or pick-up.
